Prior to working as an attorney, Ms. Sundstrom joined Abrahamson Vorachek & Rdzanek in 2009 after graduating with a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, where she majored in both Spanish and Philosophy. While at the University of Michigan, Ms. Sundstrom was an active member of the Philosophy Club, Amnesty International, and the Michigan Mentorship Program.
Ms. Sundstrom began working at Abrahamson Vorachek & Rdzanek in 2009. She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2014. While there, she was a mentor to two new law students and continued working for Abrahamson Vorachek & Rdzanek as a law clerk. She also volunteered at the Domestic Violence Courthouse, assisting pro se petitioners in obtaining orders of protection. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2014.
Since her graduation from law school, Ms. Sundstrom remains at Abrahamson Vorachek & Rdzanek, but she has now proudly joined the firm as one of its attorneys. She is a member of the American Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Section. She also contributed to “Selected Developments in Retaliation and Whistleblower Claims”, by Darlene A. Vorachek, for the Practising Law Institute’s Understanding Employment Law Seminar in April 2015.
